Belly Laugh

OK... I haven’t laughed so hard in a long time. They say that laughter will extend your life so last night some of the guys at the men’s leadership gathering added years to mine. Girls you simply won’t understand... in fact I’m not sure I do. Anyway, picture 10 guys and two paintball guns. The first paired off and stayed a safe distance, in the next pair one went into attach mode and they swapped rounds at close range. I’m still cracking up when I think about it. In the final round one was behind a tree and the other charged.... he just kept coming right into the fire. When he got about 10 feet from the tree the guy under cover bolted and ran... at which point he got lit up... I must say those were the worst paintball marks on anyone I have ever seen. BROKEN SKIN!!! Have you ever seen a t-shirt torn by a paintball??? Needless to say after that round and once we examined the wounds... paintball was over and one of the guys has a new nick-name! We had a great discussion afterwards and will take away a memory that won’t soon be forgotten... By the way... I now know who I can count on when the going gets tough. These guys... DON’T BLINK! Although I think they have a crazy streak I didn’t fully appreciate.  PS names withheld because what happens on men's night stays at men's night although I suspect a couple of the guys got in trouble when they got home.... did I say the girls probably won't get it? I'm still laughing.
